Our Taco Trucks have allowed us to take our original concept to the street…where we feel most comfortable. Both of our rigs have all the amenities of a commercial kitchen including an “A” sanitation grade. Fully permitted and licensed, we’re authorized to operate in all 100 counties in NC. From Natty Greene’s Brewery in Greensboro, to the White Squirrel Festival in Brevard, we’ve got North Carolina covered. Mexican sandwich. Freshly baked bread from a local panaderia with your choice of meat. Comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream and jalapeños.

Tostada

Steak or chicken topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado and queso cotija.

Guacamole Azteca

Fresh avocado with pico de gallo, garlic, a squeeze of lime and lots of love. Comes with chips.

Pinche Nachos

Cheese, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños and sour cream.

Ceviche

Shrimp cooked in fresh lime juice with just made pico de gallo and fresh avocado. Comes with chips.
